I was really hungry one time and I needed to cook real quick before I expired.

I had Chapattis, some veggies I could fry and Irish potatoes.

I wasn’t sure what to do with it but I decided to just see what would come of whatever I threw together.

Ingredients (one meal)

4 Irish potatoes Sliced into round thin pieces

1 Green Pepper

1 Tomato

1 large onion

2 Chapattis

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Cooking oil

Spices and salt to taste

First preheat the pan on high, and put in the cooking oil till it is piping hot, throw in the onions and stir till translucent. Throw in the green pepper and stir as well for about a minute. Add the spices, the soy and the salt and stir until well mixed. Throw in the tomatoes, stir and cover for a minute, at this point we need the liquid that comes out of the tomatoes. Add a small amount of water to mix properly then add the rest of the water plus the potatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Now just cut up your chapattis and serve. You could mix them right away or you could use it as a dip.

How you eat it is up to you.

I am a witty brutally honest person and that translates into my writing. In my off time I am a fiction writer and I may or may not post my books on Watt pad... Still thinking about it. The writing I do is mostly hobby but I am ready to take it to level two and include an audience of some kind so please comment so as to help me be better.
